A management belief based on integrity, quality, and service, along with positive attitude, an aptitude for strategic thought and planning, and the ability to adapt quickly to new ideas and situations allows me to achieve consistent and significant successes in multiple industries.
What makes me strong as an individual contributor in IT management domain, I feel, is the balance specialization and cross-functional expertise. On saying this; it implies the ability to shift your mode to the situation at hand and a peripheral vision to better understand the business. Making the trade-off between specialization and cross-functional expertise is a leap of faith for me over the years.
I consider Strategic Planning as an important tool for growth management, turnaround, and market contraction for my organization. Now whenever I get affected with the contagious virus of developing an idea, be it for an innovation or any make shift movement, radical or continuing, I am always blessed with an empowered team armed with many smiles and warm reception. A team, I always tried to assemble with the concept of life , my ethical plane that I hold to myself, it is important to raise the ethic bar higher amongst the team. Ethical behaviour have always been a key value and component to my team to follow. Leadership as I see - the combination of Honesty, Confidence, Commitment. It is - positivity along with creativity, it is an institution and intuition and ability to inspire.
As the organization grows and embraces next generation technologies and I've worn a lot of different hats. From e-blasts, public relations and web marketing I ventured into the Salesforce administration. While Reporting and Analytics being wonderful assets, I experience Customizations of objects along with Database de-duping and cleanup.
Got a call a couple of days earlier, and it was Ryan Eagle, Founder & Partner, from Eagle Web Assets Inc., with whom I had an opportunity to work together in 'Nomorerack' and he said, I am the one of the smartest individuals in the space when he thought about business or friendship. And I like, when he reckoned me as a long time friend and colleague to whom he testified complete trustworthiness and responsibility.
No matter where I've been, or what I am , I aim at producing top-notch work because I'm dedicated to making sure each and every piece stand out from the crowd. The importance is paramount to pave unique incremental giveaways for various clients. Out of the professional spheres I am out an out a fun loving guy, just another guy who loves Travelling, Sports and spending time with families.
